Travel Policies

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed via email within 24 hours of receiving your request. A confirmation does not become final until any required deposit is received.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 14 days before your scheduled experience. Cancellations within 7–14 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, except in cases of documented illness or emergency.

3. Changes & Rescheduling

We're happy to reschedule with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. Same-week changes are accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.

4. Weather & Force Majeure

Lisbon's experiences run rain or shine. In extreme weather or unforeseen events (strikes, transit disruptions, etc.) we'll offer a reschedule or a full refund — your choice.

5. Group Size & Private Bookings

Most experiences are kept to small groups of 6–10. Private bookings are available on request at a custom rate.

6. Accessibility

Lisbon's hills and cobblestones can be challenging. We'll happily adapt routes for mobility needs — please mention any requirements when booking so we can plan a comfortable itinerary.

7. Liability

Participants join Lisboa Guide experiences at their own risk. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical care, trip cancellation, and lost belongings.
